Here's a helping hand as Leaf fans look for more roster moves
In our last post, we touted Raffi Torres as a good fit in Toronto. It was speculated that this robust two-time 20 goal scorer could be had for a modest fee. Well, it seems that the Vancouver Canucks agreed as they signed Torres to a one-year deal for $1 M. That goes down as a smart signing for both sides as the Canucks add scoring depth and Torres accepts the challenge of proving himself worthy of a longer, more lucrative deal next year.
